NGKnives FAQ’s & T&C’s
-
Is there an age limit?
Nope! Guardians must remain onsite for children 16 and under. If you can lift a hammer, you can forge.
-
What should I bring?
Always BYO drink bottle (cold water machine on site). Some classes include lunch, but we can also provide recommendations for a few wonderful places.
We provide everything else for every class including safety wear and equipment.
-
What should I wear to forge?
Closed in shoes are a must! Long pants are recommended but not required.
-
I’ve bought a voucher; how do I redeem?
Head to our booking page or;
Reach out to us via phone, email, social media or even walk in and we will book you in to a class time that suits you best.
But wait, I’ve bought a voucher for a class but want to do a different class instead. Is my voucher transferrable? Absolutely! -
Why do I have to sign a waiver?
Let’s be real, our classes aren’t your average arts and crafts session. You’ll be working with hot steel, hammers, and tools that could make a Viking jealous.
While we take every precaution to keep things safe, blacksmithing is a hands-on, high-energy craft, and a little paperwork helps us all stay on the same page. Signing the waiver is just a formality, your real focus will be on forging, creating, and having an unforgettable time.
Now, let’s fire up the forge and get hammering!
